1. Het Agentschap SZW staat onder leiding van de directeur Agentschap SZW.

2. Onder de directeur Agentschap SZW ressorteren:

a. de afdeling Uitvoering I;

b. de afdeling Uitvoering II;

c. de afdeling Financiële Zaken;

d. de afdeling Diensten, Informatie en Advies.
