Overeenkomst tussen de Benelux-Staten en Belize inzake de vrijstelling van de visumplicht voor houders van geldige diplomatieke paspoorten

1. All States shall notify the depositary of the completion of their internal procedures for the entry into force of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of receipt by the depositary of the last of these notifications.

2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, should the last notification be deposited before the entry into force of the Agreement between the Benelux States and Belize on the readmission of persons residing without authorization, this Agreement shall not enter into force until the date of the entry into force of the aforementioned Agreement.

3. After the entry into force of this Agreement, each Party may denounce this Agreement by sending a written notification, through diplomatic channels, of its intention to denounce this Agreement to the depositary not later than thirty (30) days prior to the date on which the denunciation is to take effect.

4. The depositary shall inform all States of the receipt of any notification referred to in this Article.
