Art. 1 Instellingsbesluit Agentschap Justid

1. Er wordt een agentschap ingesteld, waarvan de naam komt te luiden: Justitiële Informatiedienst (Justid).

2. Aan het Agentschap Justid wordt de status van baten-lastenagentschap als bedoeld in artikel 2.20 van de Comptabiliteitswet 2016, verleend.
