1. Er is een project met de naam: Invest International in opbouw.

2. De thesaurier-generaal is opdrachtgever van het project.

3. Het project is beschreven in bijlage 1 bij dit besluit.

4. Het project staat onder leiding van de directeur Invest International in opbouw/beoogd CEO.
