Art. 1 Regeling Gamefonds, Definities

Regeling Gamefonds

In deze regeling wordt verstaan onder:

a. de stichtingen: het Fonds BKVB en het Stimuleringsfonds Nederlandse Culturele Omroepproducties.

b. de fondsen: de Fondsbureaus van het Fonds BKVB en het Stimuleringsfonds Nederlandse Culturele Omroepproducties.

c. de besturen: het bestuur van het Fonds BKVB en het Stimuleringsfonds Nederlandse Culturele Omroepproducties.

d. commissie: de commissie games zoals bedoeld in artikel 4 en verder van deze regeling.

e. gamesubsidie: een in het kader van deze regeling verleende tegemoetkoming in de ontwikkelings- of productiekosten van een game, die zowel in game- als in artistiek opzicht het gangbare overstijgt.
