De volgende besluiten worden ingetrokken:

a. Organisatiebeluit VROM 2004;

b. Wijziging Organisatiebeschikking VROM;

c. Organisatiebesluit bedrijfsvoering Directoraat Generaal Milieubeheer 2004;

d. Organisatiebesluit hoofdstructuur Directoraat-Generaal Wonen;

e. Wijzigingsbesluit Organisatiebesluit Directoraat-Generaal Wonen 2004;

f. Organisatiebesluit Inspectoraat-Generaal VROM;

g. Wijzigingsbesluit Organisatiebesluit Inspectoraat-Generaal VROM;

h. Organisatiebesluit bedrijfsvoering Directoraat-Generaal Ruimte;

i. Instellingsbeschikking Commissie Departementaal controle Beleid.
